How do I check-in?

Our properties offer convenient contactless check-in for a seamless experience. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a unique entry code for the door keypad, eliminating the need for physical keys or check-in lines. This ensures a hassle-free arrival process. Your comfort and security are our priorities, and our contactless check-in makes it easy for you to settle into your accommodation.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Our standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. These timings ensure a smooth transition for our dedicated cleaning and maintenance teams and allow us to provide the best experience for our guests. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these times. If you have any special requests or need alternative arrangements, please contact our customer service team.

What do you provide in your homes?

We provide all your paper product needs, linens, extra blankets and pillows, body and hair soaps, coffee and basic cream and sugar condiments, pack-n-play and high chair upon request, and basic cleaning products (although you are never required to clean at our vacation homes).

Are pets allowed on the property?

We understand that pets are an important part of your family, and we’re delighted to share that many of our properties are indeed pet friendly. When booking, simply look for the pet-friendly symbol or filter your search to find the perfect property that welcomes your furry companions. So, go ahead and plan your next adventure with your four-legged friends – they’re more than welcome in many of our properties!

What airport should I fly into?

For our Bigfork and Columbia Falls locations, Glacier International Airport (FCA) is the recommended airport. It offers convenient access to these areas. As for Red Lodge, please reach out to us directly for information on travel plans, as there are multiple options available. We’ll be happy to provide you with the necessary details and assist you in making the best travel arrangements for your stay in Red Lodge.

Should I rent a car?

While the Flathead Valley offers taxi services and options like Uber and Lyft, it’s important to note that during the busy summer months, finding a ride can be challenging. To fully experience everything that the Flathead Valley and Red Lodge have to offer, having your own transportation is highly recommended. Renting a car provides the flexibility and convenience to explore the area at your own pace, ensuring you don’t miss out on any of the attractions and experiences available.

Do you have cribs & high chairs?

Absolutely! We are happy to provide a pack-n-play and/or high chair upon request. Simply let us know your requirements, and we will ensure that your accommodation is furnished with these items. Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Is RV/Camper Parking allowed?

Please note that while many of our homes do not have specific accommodations for recreational vehicle parking, such as boats, RVs, trailers, or ATVs, we encourage you to inquire before booking. We will do our best to accommodate any special parking needs you may have for your rental. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll provide you with the necessary information and assistance regarding RV/Camper parking arrangements for your stay.

Can I ship my personal belongings to the property?

Please note that as many of our homes are full-time vacation rentals, they do not accept mail via USPS. While shipping via UPS or FedEx is possible, we cannot guarantee delivery and do not recommend it. Instead, we suggest shipping to a local UPS or FedEx drop center for convenient pick-up. For more information and specific instructions, please contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

What are some things to do in the area?

Discover a range of exciting activities in the area! Each home offers its own unique activities, so be sure to check the rental pages for detailed options. Enjoy lake activities, explore national parks like Glacier and Yellowstone, go golfing, fishing, hiking, or indulge in downhill and cross-country skiing. Additionally, there are excellent dining and shopping options, as well as theaters and more! There’s something for everyone to enjoy during your stay.

What are the prices at Eagle Bend Golf?

Experience the privilege of reserving advance tee times at the private Eagle Bend Golf Club, exclusively available to our vacation home tenants. While the club is members-only, we have secured a special arrangement for our valued guests. Tee times are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, with only a select number accessible to non-members each week. To play at Eagle Bend, we urge you to promptly contact our Manager.
