The driveway, parking, and private entrance are located on the north end of the property effectively separating the apartment from the main house.

The entire apartment has been recently remodeled and very tastefully decorated to provide a homey and welcoming feel to the apartment. The kitchen features butcher block countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances including induction cooktop and single oven, and is fully stocked for all your basic cooking needs. The single bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, large closet, and chest of drawers. The living room couch pulls out for additional sleeping if needed. Brand new washer and dryer in the unit.
